1. We
are responsible for all media. We will reprint all
CDs returned as long as they have no scratches or
heat damage. All CDs are checked prior to shipping
or pickup.
2. You
are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your digital
media and layouts. Please proof read all layout
proofs carefully. We only accept content in digital
format. We do not accept photo copies or faxed material.
You will be charged $50 per hour for retyping or
proofing.
3. We
accept no responsibility for color variations between
submitted images and the actual artwork or product
they represent.
4. No
refunds once your order has been verified. No partial
refunds for work not completed.
5. All
sales are final
6. You
must have proper copyright licensing and agreements.
